Mail in clients are responsible for paying shipping to and from Becca's Blooms Floral. Drying time for flowers is estimated at 14 days. Flowers are preserved in the condition they are received. The fresher the flower, the more vibrant the preservation. Processing times vary due to weather conditions. Turn around times are estimated to be 10-12 weeks. Projects may be turned around sooner, but depends on work load and drying times. Artist communicates along the way.
Due to the individual nature of each project, all sales are final. No refunds will be given. The artist strives to give each client a beautiful piece of art that they are 100% satisfied with. If, for some reason a client is unsatisfied with their art piece, the artist will attempt to rectify any issues within the best of their ability. The artist strives to give each client what they request, but artist reserves the right to change the design and color scheme to achieve the best aesthetic and quality for the client.
